MC-4-011 - Professional Exhaust Pipe Extender Kit (3 Pieces)

Optimize your exhaust system work with the **MC-4-011 pipe extender kit**. Designed for **motorsport** professionals and **engine tuning** shops, this heavy-duty tool set allows you to expand pipe sections with millimeter precision, ensuring perfect joints and a completely airtight exhaust system.

## Power and Precision for Exhaust Tuning

Whether you're working on a mild steel or stainless steel exhaust system, the **MC-4-011** kit is the ideal solution for correcting bends, eliminating clamping dents, or adapting universal mufflers.

Made from **high-strength forged steel** that has been heat-treated, these spreaders are designed to withstand mechanical pressure without twisting.

Each expander is equipped with **alloy steel jaws** that ensure uniform expansion around the entire circumference of the tube, thus preventing the cracks or asymmetrical deformations common with inferior tools.

### Technical Specifications and Key Features:

- **Robust Construction:** Forged and treated steel for maximum durability in heavy-duty use.
- **Uniform Expansion:** Internal rotating mechanism guaranteeing equal pressure across 360°.
- **Total Versatility:** 3-piece kit covering almost all standard diameters on the market.
- **Versatile Installation:** Essential for installing Sleeves, fittings, and sport mufflers.
- **Maximum Stability:** Precision threading allows for total control of the gap.

## Compatibility and Diameter Ranges

This tool set is essential for any work on exhaust systems for cars, vans, and motorcycles.

It covers the following dimensions:

- **Small Extender:** For pipes with a diameter of **1-1/8" to 1-3/4" (28mm to 44mm)**.
- **Medium Extender:** For pipes with a diameter of **1-1/2" to 2-1/2" (38mm to 64mm)**.
- **Large Extender:** For pipes with a diameter of **2-1/8" to 3-1/2" (54mm to 89mm)**.

*Note: Compatible with exhaust systems from European, Japanese, and American brands, including large-diameter lines for turbo engines.*

## The essential tool for the automotive tuner

As a specialized reseller in For performance parts and precision tools, we recommend the MC-4-011 kit for creating custom exhaust systems. It allows for the perfect fitting of two tubes of the same diameter, a crucial step to ensure optimal gas flow and prevent internal turbulence that can negatively impact power. Kit contents: 3x Tube extenders, 6x replacement O-rings, all delivered in a rigid carrying case for organized workshop storage.

---

**Pro tip:** For optimal results and to extend the tool's lifespan, generously lubricate the center screw threads before each use. Use an impact wrench or a standard wrench depending on the material's resistance.
