## DPF and CAT delete downpipe for VW Transporter T6.1 2.0 TDI & Bi-TDI

DPF regeneration cycles killing your fuel economy. Soot accumulation warnings every few thousand miles. A blocked filter causing limp mode at the worst possible moment. T6.1 owners running high mileage or towing regularly know exactly how quickly the factory DPF becomes a liability. This Darkside Developments downpipe permanently removes the Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) and catalytic converter (CAT) in one clean, direct-fit solution.

## Aircraft-grade stainless steel, made in the UK

This 2-piece 2.5" downpipe is TIG welded in-house from 316L aircraft-grade stainless steel — the same alloy used in demanding industrial and aerospace applications for its superior heat and corrosion resistance. Unlike cheaper mild steel alternatives, it won't rust from the inside out or warp under sustained exhaust temperatures. The result is a high-flow pipe that improves exhaust gas evacuation, reduces back pressure, and frees up power across the rev range.

## Kit contents

- 1x 2-piece 2.5" stainless steel downpipe
- 1x Downpipe gasket
- 1x Downpipe clamp
- 1x Stainless steel T-bolt clamp
- 1x Exhaust sleeve clamp

## Compatibility and OEM part numbers

Designed specifically for the Volkswagen Transporter T6.1 fitted with 2.0 TDI and Bi-TDI

- **Materials:** Stainless steel
- **Product Range :** Exhausts
- **Exhaust** Downpipe + Decatalyst
