What is the CRF (Carbon Racing Filter)?

(1) The new-generation CRF filter uses innovative technical solutions that enable dynamic airflows to be optimized to drive them more directly to the engine. The form of the CRF was designed to exploit the total volume of the original air box by offering an increased filtration surface. The result is an amplified air passage during the intake phase while maintaining constant pressure in the air box.

(2) The structure of the CRF filters is made of real carbon and perfectly fits the support surface in the vehicle's air box. The building is made from pre-impregnated carbon fibers (epoxy resin) spent in autoclave oven. This gives you an ultra-light but also ultra-resistant and very rigid element.

(3) The filtering element is made from a multi-layer cotton wool specially used in competition, which is imbibed with a very low viscosity oil. The whole being immobilized by a double aluminium grid treated epoxy (to avoid any risk of oxidation).

4) The filter element + chassis Carbone' is designed to withstand all kinds of vibration as well as high temperature variations, both in the context of intensive use (competition) and for daily road use.

5) CRF Carbon Kit filters can be cleaned and reused as all BMC cotton filters. Simply use the BMC maintenance kits.

6) The range of Carbone Racing air filters has several industrial models and patents.

7) This new generation of filters is intended for all those who simply want the best in terms of filtration for their vehicle. It addresses two major concerns:
