Our services include:

• Complete diagnosis: Thanks to our state-of-the-art equipment (ANSU machine), we carry out a precise diagnosis to measure the flow rate, pressure and spray quality of the injectors. We also check their tightness to detect any possible leaks. This diagnosis is a benchmark between the injectors you send. There is no standard table for your injectors. They are therefore compared with each other. It is therefore essential to send us at least 2.

• 1/First pass on the bench before cleaning: In order to measure the flow rates before intervention and to ensure their proper functioning, we take a measurement before cleaning.
• 2/Cleaning the injectors: We use an ultrasonic cleaning method to effectively remove deposits and impurities that can clog the injectors. This process restores their optimal performance.
• 3/Change of seals and sieves: After this cleaning, we change the seals and sieves (if possible).
• 4/Second pass on the bench: After this cleaning and reconditioning, we pass the injectors on the bench again to take a new measurement and compare it to the first pass. If a fault is still found, you will be notified before the return.
• 5/Detailed report: At the end of the test, we provide you with a complete report with the diagnostic results and our recommendations for possible repairs or replacements.
