Red methacrylate-based threadlocker with high resistance, low viscosity, fluorescent under UV light so it can be controlled.
LOCTITE® 271 is a red methacrylate-based threadlocker with low viscosity and high resistance. Fixing time on steel of 10 min, 5 min on brass and 15 min on stainless steel. Ideal for applications where product migration should be avoided. Tolerates light contamination by oils. Can be used on all metals. Breaking torque of 26 Nm for maximum diameters of M10. Fluorescence under UV light.
