Many of you ask us this type of question. Despite our detailed emails, we still have many doubts expressed. We'll give you more info here.

When you return an item, it is systematically refunded. We don't make purchases.

Everything is explained in our CGV or in the various emails you receive during this process.

We'll come back a little more in detail on this news here.

If the product is covered by the right to withdrawal and you return it to us, by following the procedure, within the time limits of the Hamon Law, you are refunded.

You therefore have 15 days to make your request for return (since your customer space, more info by email).

The request for withdrawal is your will, you pay the return fee. Once the package is received, the refund procedure is initiated, usually within 48 hours.

Note: During this procedure, we edit a "LEARN". It's an accounting document that's the opposite of an invoice. An Avoir is not a purchase order, you must not confuse both documents. Commonly called in-store assets, a purchase voucher is a paper that allows you to re-do purchases. While in reality an asset is an accounting document allowing you to justify a refund to your accountant if you are a professional for example. It is therefore useless to contact us to tell us that you do not want a Having!

How's the refund going?

  • If you paid by Blue Card: We simply cancel the bank card with our banking institution. Like when you bring an item to a store. This procedure goes from bank to bank and asks a few days before you are re-credited to your bank account. More info at your bank.
  • If you have paid by Paypal : We cancel the Paypal transaction. It's faster than by credit card.
  • If you paid by transfer: We need your RIB to transfer.
