The transport of your package

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postal charges. They may contain a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or weight of your order. We advise you to consolidate your purchases into a single order.
The packages are oversized and protected. In order to protect the environment, we use recycled packaging, or reused if possible (Recycled Brown Pack, cartons 2nd use...etc...). Depending on the type of product ordered, the state of the stocks or the enclosure, different carriers can be selected (UPS, DPD, La Poste...).

Here is the details of the most used means of transport:

For products in Stock Vers la France:

1. Pli Monitoring La Poste : Departure on the order day if placed before 1pm. Average delivery time observed: 96h. Online tracking. Delivery without signature, in mailbox.
2. Colissimo withdrawal point:Departure dayof theorder if placed before 1 p.m.. Average delivery time observed: 96h. Online tracking. Delivery at the opening hours of the relay point. Return for signature.
3. Colissimo:Departure dayof theorder if placed before 1:00.Average delivery time observed: 48h. Online tracking. If absent, to withdraw to the post office.Return for signature.
4. DPD: Departure dayof theorder if placed before 1:00.Average delivery time observed: 48h. Delivery on RDV not SMS (required mobile phone number). Online tracking.Return for signature.
5. Chronopost 13h:Departure dayof theorder if placed before 1:00.Average delivery time observed: 12h. Online tracking + SMS. Mandatory mobile phone.Return for signature.

For products in Stock to Europe or DOM

1. World Relay :Departure on the order day if placed before 1pm. Average delivery time observed: 5 days. Online tracking + SMS. Delivery at the opening hours of the relay point. Return for signature.
2. Colissimo:Departure on the order day if placed before 1pm. Average delivery time observed: 10 days to DOM and 4 days in Europe. Online tracking. If absent, to withdraw to the post office. Return for signature.
3. DPD:Departure on the order day if placed before 1pm. Average delivery time observed: 96h. Delivery on RDV not SMS (required mobile phone number). Online tracking. Return for signature.
4. UPS/Ou Express: Departure on the day of the order if passed before 1pm. Average delivery time observed: 5 days. Compulsory mobile phone number. Online tracking. Return for signature.

Shipments only on opening days (see contact page), except holidays and cases of force majeure (grève, confinements...etc...). Availability of these carriers dependent on territorial possibilities.

Estimate of transport times by destination and carrier (do not take into account the manufacture of products):

Envoy Metropolitan France (Hors Corse) : between 24h and 72h (all carriers combined).

Send to Corsica: between 72h and 96h (all carriers combined).

Send to DOM-TOM: +/-15 days by La Poste and +/-4 days by DHL or UPS.

Send to Europe: between 72h and 96h by DPD, DHL or UPS. Up to 15 days by La Poste.

Attention, here we address the transport delays, no manufacturing of the products. Do not confuse delivery time and delivery time.
