The Transporter T6 2.0 TDI is a reliable engine... until the EGR valve or EGR cooler decides to give up. Gradual clogging, loss of power, black smoke on startup, engine warning light — T6 owners know it well. The EGR system is often behind repeated and costly failures. This Darkside Developments kit permanently removes the entire EGR system and its cooler.

This complete kit includes everything needed for a clean, permanent EGR delete:

• 1x Large EGR blanking plate
• 2x Medium EGR blanking plates
• 2x Medium EGR gaskets
• 1x Small EGR blanking plate
• 1x Small EGR gasket
• 1x 90 degree silicone elbow
• 1x CNC machined EGR cooler fitting
• Full fitting kit

Compatibility and engine codes

Compatible with the Volkswagen Transporter T6 fitted with CR150 and CR205 engines. Replaces OEM VAG part numbers 04L131512CF, 04L131512T and 04L131512CG. Known compatible engine codes: CXEB, CXEC, CXGA, CXGB, CXHA, CXHB, CXFA.

Important: ECU remap required

Once the EGR valve is blanked off, the ECU no longer receives a feedback signal and will trigger an emissions fault warning light. Removing the EGR fault code at the ECU level is essential for fault-free operation. This can be carried out by any tuner or workshop with a compatible VAG diagnostic and remapping tool.
