Delivery times

How do we calculate your delivery date?

1. 1Availability

   In stock in our warehouse, being restocked or available from the manufacturer: our stock levels are read continuously.

2. 2Preparation

   Before 14:30, your parcel leaves the same day; after that, it leaves the next working day.

3. 3Transport

   We add the delivery time of the carrier you chose, in working days (Saturday included when it delivers that day).

What the availability shown means

• In stock at our warehouse

  Good news! This product is available immediately in our warehouse and ready to ship. If you order before the shipping cutoff time, your package ships the same day. The date shown is based on the fastest carrier's delivery time.

• Restock already in progress

  This product is being restocked: an order has already been placed with our supplier and we are tracking its progress in real time. The date shown includes the expected receipt date and the shipping time. As soon as it arrives at our warehouse, your order will be prepared and shipped.

• Available from the manufacturer

  This product is available from our supplier and can be ordered for you. The date shown includes the transit time from the supplier to our warehouse, then the shipping time to your address.

• Estimated restock lead time

  This product is restocked on a regular basis. The date shown is estimated from our usual ordering cycles and the average lead times observed with this manufacturer. Feel free to place your order: you will be kept informed of its progress.

• Added to the next production schedule

  This product is listed with our supplier but is temporarily out of stock. The date shown is an estimate based on the supplier's usual restocking times. By placing an order, you will have priority as soon as it is restocked.
