Allows to remove the gas passage from the EGR circuit, avoids engine crashing, improves performance.
The EGR valve is an engine element to recycle part of the exhaust gas in the intake. They're burned a second time.
This technique crushes the intake manifold and causes motor problems.

Moteur 1.6L 75ch CAYA.
Symptômes avant la pose : la voiture "broutait" en 5ème à 90km/h avec perte de puissance en général et conso à 6L au lieu de 4.2L. Montage facile (seul) toutefois j'enlève une étoile car vu le prix, des collier auraient été les bien venus!!
Sinon aucun problème avec le calculateur.N'hésitez pas à regarder comment on débranche les prises WV avant de commencer( ce serait pas pal de l'expliquer dans la notice).
Depuis le montage la voiture a regagné en couple, en puissance, on a vraiment l'impression que le moteur est libéré.
Pour la conso on verra car en retrouvant la puissance on veut s'amuser un peu. Ça ne "broute" plus.
Je suis très content.

J’avais ma vanne egr à changé et grâce à ce dispositif j’ai passé ce problème à moindre frais

Kit monté sur le 1,6 tdi 75. Pour l’instant RAS fonctionne bien. Par contre contrairement à ce que j’ai pu lire pas d incidence sur la consommation.
