Connector for the removal of the EGR Gas Cooler.

Compatible Audi Seat Skoda or Volkswagen vehicles equipped with 1.9TDI 105cv or 2.0TDI 140/170cv.

Allows to connect the water circuit after removal of the gas cooler.

It is impossible to remove the gas cooler without removing the EGR valve. An EGR valve circuit that works without cooling prevents the gases from getting cooled and then it injects hot air into the intake circuit. An engine that works with noisy gas does not work.

Example of compatible engines:

  • 1.9 TDI 105cv BXE / BKC
  • 1.9 TDI 90cv BXF / BRU
  • 2.0 TDI 140cv BKD / AZV
  • 2.0 TDI 170cv BMN
