Wagner Tuning intercooler for VW Tiguan AD1 2.0 TSI - 200001208
Discover the revolutionary Competition intercooler that gives your vehicle a noticeable boost and catapults you to a new level. With its impressive dimensions of 640mm x 410mm x 65mm, it offers a generous 17 liters of external charge air volume (compared to the OEM model's 9 liters). Here, our new high-performance Competition core (Fin Tube) sets new standards. It allows optimal air circulation while providing sufficient cooling for adjacent components such as the water cooler. And the best? Despite its size, the intercooler remains surprisingly light at just 8.4 kg.
The cast aluminum end housings have been perfected using the latest CAD technology and CFD simulations to ensure optimal internal airflow. Innovative air routing in the end housing ensures even air distribution throughout the high-performance competition network. The intercooler inlets and outlets have been enlarged to an impressive 70mm diameter, which is why this kit includes reinforced silicone hoses. Thanks to these advantages, the intercooler offers significantly reduced back pressure compared to the standard installed model.
Of course, this intercooler also features our proven anti-corrosion coating with excellent heat conduction properties. This ensures permanent and optimal cooling performance, resulting in a noticeable increase in power. Installation is very simple, just replace the OEM intercooler with our Competition intercooler. You will be amazed at how simple this process is.
As with all our products, this intercooler is subject to constant quality control to ensure it meets the highest standards. What are you waiting for? Get ready for competition and experience the explosion of performance with the Competition intercooler!
