LOCTITE 243 is a medium strength blue thread locking adhesive that seals and secures nuts, bolts and studs to prevent loosening due to shock or vibration.
LOCTITE® 243 is a versatile thread lock that offers intermediate strength bonding. LOCTITE 243 is effective on all metals, including passive substrates such as stainless steel, aluminum and plated surfaces. It is designed to tolerate light contamination by industrial oils (e.g. engine oil, anti-rust solutions or cutting fluids).
