How do I order from abroad or DROM?

We deliver to Switzerland, Andorra, a large part of Europe and the DOM-TOM (Martinique, Guadeloupe, Réunion, Guyane).
Just create an account on the site and order in a classic way. Your country is not listed on the site? contact us.
To find out the delivery rates put a product in the basket and the shipping fees will be displayed directly in the Shopping Cart! Cart visible on each product page, at the top right of the website. Click on it after placing your items there and you can simulate the port. If you are a resident outside the EC or DROM, the prices will automatically switch off. The package will be shipped with the invoice and customs documents. You will have to pay the Customs fees on your side to the competent authorities.
Careful, we're not cheating with customs. We declare the real value of the products.
The estimated delivery time of your order visible on the product sheet includes a 48h default transport time (example: delivery to Belgium, Spain).
Depending on your country of residence and the chosen carrier, the estimated delivery time of your order may vary by a few days (here are some examples).
Dom-tom The parcel post: add 15 days to the estimated delivery time mentioned on the product sheet.
Dom-tom DHL: add 2 days to the estimated delivery time mentioned on the product sheet.
Euro zone The EC position: add 4 days to the estimated delivery time mentioned on the product sheet.
Euro DHL CE zone: add 2 days to the estimated delivery time mentioned on the product sheet.
Switzerland The post: add 4 days to the estimated delivery time mentioned on the product sheet.
Switzerland DHL: add 2 days to the estimated delivery time mentioned on the product sheet.
Maghreb DHL:add 5 days to the estimated delivery time mentioned on the product sheet.
