Where to find the waiting time for the ordered products?
You often ask us for manufacturing times, you will find all the information here!
Be careful, never make an appointment for a piece assembly without having previously received it!
- When you order a product, it is not necessarily in stock, as you can see on the product page (picture below).The estimated delivery time visible on each product page of the website is the manufacturing time average noted by Brand/Manufacturer. It's a date. estimated of delivery given on the date of the day or we are. Since the 90 suppliers we work with do not use the same computer system as we do, it is impossible to give you an idea of the real-time factory stock directly on the product sheets. We therefore give you an average date observed by manufacturer and invite you to contact us for a live check of their stock status before ordering (more information below).
This delivery date is given for delivery toMetropolitan France. Depending on your place of residence, the deadlines may vary (see Previous Tab "Commander from abroad") because the parcel may have to transit through our home to be reshipped (Dom-Tom, Switzerland...etc...).
Note that you will also see here if the product is in Stock:In Stock! This means he's in stock at home.
When a product is not in stock, it is made to the order (Milltek, Fox Lines, Forge Intercooler, Wiechers Anti-Right Barres...etc...). Once available, it is shipped. We list you in the following tab some dates of availability by brand, to guide you. It is also possible that it is in stock factory. In this case, the deadline is fast, as fast as if shipped from us.
The deadlines on the product sheets are mid-term. They result from an average availability period observed by manufacturer. It is therefore possible that the ordered product is delivered much earlier than the announced date following its workload at production. It is also possible that this period is extended. If it were to exceed 30 legal days, you would be warned. Note that for some products a rather long delay is indicated on the product description itself (Intercooler, Incentric Change Layers...etc...).
Do not confuse the availability deadline with the delivery time! A product cannot be delivered to you within 24 hours if it is not in stock!
After ordering, an email with the order confirmation will be sent to you. All of these manufacturing time information will be automatically found in your email entitled "Step 2: Detailed summary of your order".
The "availability" deadline for the products listed here does not take into account the transport time.
