A sport air filter made in France for the 2.0 TFSI EA113

The Dynaparts DP-ENG-AIRFILTER-VAG-05 air filter fits in place of the original filter element of 2.0 TFSI EA113 engines, from the Golf 5 GTI to the K04-turbo versions: Golf 6 R, Audi S3 8P, Scirocco R, Leon 2 Cupra R. Made in France from oiled cotton, it is washable and reusable, and suits a stock car as well as a modified engine.

How do I know if my engine is an EA113?

This filter is for the 2.0 TFSI EA113 and its most common engine codes: AXX, BWA, BPY, BHZ or CDL. On some Golf 5 GTI, A3 8P and Leon 2 FR, the airbox takes a flat rectangular filter, our DP-ENG-AIRFILTER-VAG-01: the easiest way is to compare with the filter you remove. If in doubt, send us your engine code.

Do I need a remap to fit it?

No, it works on a stock engine. It really comes into its own with a Stage 1 remap, which also means replacing spark plugs and coils, ideally Dynaparts ones.

How do I maintain it?

Check it about once a year or every 10,000 to 15,000 km, more often on dusty roads. Clean it with a dedicated cotton filter cleaner, rinse with clean water, let it dry fully, then lightly re-oil.
