Pack Stage Ethanol REPROG by Dynaparts

FlexFuel E85 Conversion Pack — OBD REPROGRAMMING Dongle + Dynaparts Ethanol Mapping

Superethanol E85 is on average 50% cheaper than regular gasoline at the pump. With the Dynaparts FlexFuel E85 Conversion Kit at €589 including VAT, you can permanently switch to E85 in less than an hour, from the comfort of your home, without any physical modifications to your vehicle. An investment that pays for itself within the first few thousand kilometers.

What's in the kit

The kit includes the two essential components for your E85 ethanol conversion:

• The REPROG By Dynaparts Bluetooth OBD dongle — it plugs into your vehicle's standard OBD port, without any physical modifications. It reads your original map, loads the new E85 map, and keeps the stock file for a complete restoration at any time. The Dynaparts FlexFuel E85 map is an engine map dedicated to ethanol combustion, developed to optimize injection, ignition, and fuel mixture parameters specifically for E85 Superethanol. The result: an engine that perfectly accepts and manages E85, without the check engine light, without jerking, and with the behavior of a stock FlexFuel vehicle. Why switch to E85 with mapping rather than an external conversion kit? There are two ways to convert a gasoline vehicle to E85: with an electronic control unit added to the injectors, or by engine reprogramming via mapping. ECU remapping is technically superior in every respect:
  • Native conversion: The map is written directly into the engine control unit (ECU). No device remains permanently connected under the hood. The engine handles E85 as if it were designed for it—because its map is now designed for it.
  • No electronic interference: No modified signal upstream of the injectors, no risk of drift or incompatibility with onboard systems.
  • Complete reversibility: Want to switch back to regular gasoline? The original map is saved and can be reloaded in minutes via the MyFlasher app. An external control unit, however, does not restore the engine control unit (ECU).
  • Engine performance preserved: Dynaparts mapping is designed to maintain the vehicle's original performance—no excessive fuel consumption, no noticeable loss of power in everyday driving.

How much do you save with E85?

With an average price of E85 around €0.75 to €0.85 per liter, compared to €1.70 to €1.80 for SP95-E10, the actual savings at the pump are in the range of 45% to 55%. Based on an average fuel consumption of 7 L/100 km and 15,000 km per year, this represents annual savings of around €700 to €800. The pack therefore pays for itself in less than a year for most drivers.

How does the REPROG E85 Pack work?

  1. Connect the OBD REPROG dongle to your vehicle's OBD port (under the dashboard).
  2. Download the MyFlasher mobile app to your smartphone (iOS/Android).
  3. The dongle automatically reads and saves your vehicle's original ECU map.
  4. Load the Dynaparts FlexFuel E85 map via the app — step-by-step guided operation.
  5. The reprogramming takes only a few minutes. Your vehicle can now run on E85 Superethanol. Fill up with E85 (available at most service stations in France) and immediately start enjoying the savings. If needed, restore the factory fuel map with one click.

     Practical Notes on Using E85

Some important points to know before switching to E85 via engine mapping:

     • Slightly higher fuel consumption by volume: Ethanol has a lower calorific value than gasoline, resulting in a 20 to 30% increase in fuel consumption by volume. After saving on fuel costs, the financial gain remains very significant.
     • Cold starting in very cold weather: Below -10°C, a first start on pure E85 may be difficult on some engines. The original map can be temporarily reloaded via MyFlasher if needed.
