CTS TURBO MINI F54/F55/F56 COOPER/S B38/B46/B48 CHARGE PIPE UPGRADE

Optimize your vehicle's reliability and performance with the CTS Turbo aluminum charge pipe, specifically designed for the 1.5T B38 and 2.0T B46/B48 engines in the Mini Cooper lineup.

The factory hard-plastic charge pipe becomes brittle over time and under boost pressure, frequently leading to air leaks or even failure—even with a simple Stage 1 tune.

This reinforced aluminum upgrade permanently resolves this wear issue while maximizing airflow to the throttle body.

Key features and benefits:

• Premium aluminum design: Heat- and high-pressure-resistant material for maximum durability.
• Billet aluminum throttle body connection: Ensures a perfect, leak-free seal (no boost leaks).
• Integrated 1/8" NPT port: Allows for easy installation of a water/methanol injection (WMI) kit.
• Plug & Play installation: Direct replacement for the factory part; no cutting or modification required.
• Optimized flow: Smoother, more direct internal diameter for improved throttle response.

Performance tip: For optimal cooling and engine efficiency, this charge pipe pairs perfectly with a CTS Turbo intercooler.

Compatible vehicles:

• Mini Cooper (F54 / F55 / F56) – B38 engine (2014–2023)
• Mini Cooper S (F54 / F55 / F56) – B46 / B48 engines (2014–2023)

Important note: Not compatible with John Cooper Works (JCW) or GP models.
