Why remove the EGR valve?

Always for power gain and engine efficiency. We develop and sell parts for competition and motor performance. The EGR valve recycles part of the exhaust gas in the intake to reduce the amount of nitrogen oxides (NOx) in the exhaust gas, including ozone air pollution and thin particulate precursors. This technique, in addition to shutting down the engine and then generating clouds of black smoke, impoverished the air/fuel mixture. By adding exhaust gas in fresh air, the vehicle is more pushy. By condemning the EGR valve, you improve the quality of the burnt mixture. So you increase engine output, engine torque. So your vehicle will be more powerful and coupled. Ideal to win a few hundredths from the races.
