DS119863 - BorgWarner 4x4 Coupling Pump – Volvo Haldex 4 AOC Systems

The BorgWarner DS119863 4-wheel drive coupling pump is an oil pump designed for the Haldex 4 AOC (Active On-Demand Coupling) system fitted to modern Volvo vehicles. It ensures the pressurization and lubrication of the rear multi-plate coupler, allowing for dynamic torque distribution based on traction conditions. This OE part is ideal for restoring full AWD system functionality on vehicles that have lost rear-wheel drive engagement.

Main Features

  • Type: 4-wheel drive multi-plate coupling pump / Haldex 4 AOC.
  • Position: Rear axle, AWD differential module.
  • Quality: Brand new BorgWarner OE part, supplied with Allen bolts and seal.
  • Works with specific Haldex oil for optimal performance.
  • Direct replacement for the original pump, requiring no additional coding.
