IMPORTANT:
It is impossible to know in advance the diameter fitted to your vehicle. The fitting was done randomly at the factory.
It is therefore essential to remove the intake manifold to verify the required diameter.

Why remove the intake flaps?
The intake flaps are a well-known weakness on these engines. Their failure can lead to serious engine damage. Removing the EGR valve prevents random breakage, improves overall reliability, and provides increased torque and power across certain engine speed ranges. This procedure is highly recommended and ideally performed at the same time as cleaning the EGR valve. The plugs are CNC machined, and the gaskets are from a select brand chosen for their quality and durability. Complete kit, ready to install. Note: Two diameters are available for these engines, corresponding to two different kits. One kit with a 22 mm diameter and one kit with a 33 mm diameter.
