This Darkside Developments downpipe permanently removes the Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) and catalytic converter (CAT) in one clean, direct-fit solution.
Aircraft-grade stainless steel, made in the UK
This 2-piece 2.5" downpipe is TIG welded in-house from 316L aircraft-grade stainless steel — the same alloy used in demanding industrial and aerospace applications for its superior heat and corrosion resistance. Unlike cheaper mild steel alternatives, it won't rust from the inside out or warp under sustained exhaust temperatures. The result is a high-flow pipe that improves exhaust gas evacuation, reduces back pressure, and frees up power across the rev range.
