The oil control system Racingline for MQB chassis allows:
The kit contains:
- Direct replacement of the PCV: the replacement PCV plate offers an easy installation.
- A recessed deflector: the built-in deflector that prevents the oil from climbing to the ass and entering the intake - or worse still, to weaken the moteu
- Machine precision: the kit components are precisely machined using the latest CNC 5-axis machines.
- Thickness of the 210 series: the oil lines are equipped with an attractive nylon outer braid reinforced by a stainless steel inner weaving for maximum resilience
- The oil decanter: it is not only a reservoir, but an internal three-way division that ensures the separation of moisture and oil
- Polished swivel fittings: fittings Racingline are all hand polished before anodisation for optimal finish and limit the risk of rash
- Oil gauge
- A drain cap
- An ice-wash cap (models R UNIQUEMENT)
- A fixing kit, containing all the bolts, all the washers, and the necessary rubber cord
About oil circulation in EA888.3 engines
Most users of oil control systems Racingline realized that all kits are not equivalent.
Indeed, the most important and unique aspect of this oil management system is that it provides an adequate solution to the oil shortage under very high braking conditions.
Experience of motor sport has learned to Racingline that these EA888.3 engines tend to collect a large volume of oil at the front of the ass during intense and prolonged braking. At best, it can lead to clouds of white smoke from the exhaust. In the worst case, without oil returns in the crankcase, the engine can temporarily "dry turn" - enough to have devastating consequences on the internal components of your engine. What is not really a good thing for your vehicle!
So it’s not surprising that Racingline shares this same oil management concept with Volkswagen Motorsport, Audi Sport and Cupra for TCR racing cars. The powerful PCV block forces the oil to return to the recoverer in the event of abrupt braking to solve this problem once and for all.

The wrestling tanks Racingline are welded to the machine for:
- A better finish possible before being coated with our separate powder coating "sawed drowning". All this for a tank Racingline resists the test of time and retains its appearance
- Easy level measurement with integrated gauge
- A drain cap at the base of the tank to facilitate the removal of excess liquids
- A tank that is located on the side of your engine support and uses the bolt of the original chassis, while retaining a true aspect of origin
