The RacingLine Performance Diverter Valve (reference VWR144001) is the essential upgrade to ensure boost reliability for VAG Group 1.8T, 2.0T, and 2.5T engines. Unlike the original unit driven exclusively by an electronic solenoid, this state-of-the-art system uses pressure/vacuum actuation to guarantee a total seal and flawless responsiveness, even under the extreme boost pressures encountered in motorsport or advanced engine tuning.

Precision Engineering for EA888 Gen.3, Gen.4, and 2.5 TFSI Engines

Original equipment (OEM) valves are notorious for their fragility: their diaphragms can tear or their mechanisms weaken, causing internal pressure leaks and increased turbo lag. The RacingLine solution replaces this system with a high-precision CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum piston.

This kit converts the electrical command into a mechanical vacuum command while remaining perfectly integrated with the vehicle's electronic management thanks to the included specific solenoid.
